0 Comments:The secret is finding the (Radio)clit posted by Mindgutter | Thursday, December 27, 2007 | 12:12 PM | la_z_guido@hotmail.com Radioclit is going to monster 2008.Their track "Divine Rosa" is being played all over the world by some of the biggest names in the business. Erol Alkan, Annie Mac, Feadz, Sinden, Switch, Pete Tong and the Trashbags Posse just to name a few. I actually heard this track for the first time at either La La Land or Trashbags and when I did, I remember going crazy (to be honest, these nights are so alcohol fueled, I can't remember which night but it was between the two!) . You're going to really love this track. I am pretty sure that if you're from Sydney (or clubbing anywhere in Australia) you already know and love this song. For those who attended Daft Punk (fuck that was amazing), Bang Gang or one of the other Modular djs (I can't remember which) dropped this track during their set at Neverever Land. Another amazing artist is Bonde Do Role who was supposed to play Field Day 08 but had to pull out due to the lead singer quiting. I've included a really great Radioclit remix of their track "Gasolina". I'm sure you'll enjoy. Radioclit - Divine Rosa (Switch Remix) (click here to download from zshare) Bonde Do Role - Gasolina (Radioclit Remix) (click here to download from zshare) Check out their myspace http://www.myspace.com/radioclit And don't forget to get your tickets for Kill the Radio NEW YEAR EVES Par-tey! Its going to be a fucking big-ass party to welcome 2008! xx Mindgutter Catch Mindgutter at La La Land in Jan ;) 0 Comments:CSK OK - a high riser from the land down under posted by MANAGEMENT | Wednesday, December 26, 2007 | 12:47 PM | info@trashbags.net.au I'm a big fan of live shows. This kid is unbelievable, only young, but for a young kid, his dropping some big distorted beats. Fancy that..., my cup of tea - i love it, distorted with a big melody line to keep you bouncing. On top of all this, he pulls out the electric guitar to drive you insane - his the whole package, and i'm dying for his live show to be ready- He is CSK OK! and very OK. actually a crazy talented kid, which has made me as a fan.I caught up with him - and got the chance to meet him personally, very cool guy. He was happy to give the kids from.. 2 crazy tracks. keep an eye on CSK OK as we are paying close attention to him. Trashbags POSSE member "AFTERS" brings back a heavy dose of super cool.when i mean super cool, it doesn't mean just bangers, but a cool bounce attached with bangers to keep you guessing. Afters, is known for living in a different era, his timeslot is somewhere in the mid 80s, early 90s - to my opinion and many - very ahead of his time, but time will catch up to him. Hitting it up in January 08 you will see Afters, along side other members Cheap frillz + Space cadets do a "10 hour posse Massacre" which will keep you dancing your little feet off. Watch out for these kids, as 2008 is a year full of production + novelty & shinedigans - which can only mean, Sydney won't know whats going to hit them Afters - WE GOT THE BEAT - minimix http://www.zshare.net/audio/589249785f489d/ Afters Myspace www.myspace.com/afterpartythe 0 Comments:TELEVISION....RULES THE NATION posted by SpaceCadets | Thursday, December 13, 2007 | 11:14 AM | s_cadets@hotmail.com ![]() Yeaaaa. DAFT PUNK is just over a week away and they will be playing in Melbourne tonight and tomorrow night. It seems like just yesterday that we were all anticipating the announcement of a Daft Punk Aussie tour, not knowing when, or if they were ever going to hit our shores. For all those party animals heading to the city post Daft Punk then head to Road to La La Land @ YU where the Trashbags Posse Dj's will be headlining a night of mayhem. here is a non Daft Punk song to get you ears ringing En Masse - Lime - www.zshare.net/audio/55755602847ec4/ This Duo are from Italy and their tracks have been described as "hot hot hot". Initially blowing speakers in Milan, they are now in the process of conquering the globe......Speaker be Speaker, following in the footsteps of those like D.I.M and The Proxy. 0 Comments:Digikid 84 posted by Mindgutter | Monday, December 10, 2007 | 7:02 PM | la_z_guido@hotmail.com ![]() Digikid 84: I love these guys. Their music is just banging and I thought i would have to share them with the kids. I asked for some bio info and for my favourite tracks. Kids of Trashbags present: DIGIKID84 are two young producers of 23 years coming from the Hip-hop movement who don’t delay discovering the art of Beat-Making and to influence it to turn in tones more electro. BILLY BONES'S BPM (Huntington William) and Kid84 (Adrian Bloom) accelerates and a learned mix of influences pop, hip-hop, new wave is then born. Being for a long time fans of the 80s and of all who cling to it, Billy and Kid also draw their inspirations from classical authors of this period (A-HA, Boy Georges, Michael Jackson, TOTO, Eurhythmics) as in generics of cartoons expensive to a whole generation (Cosmocats, SilverHawks, GalaxyRangers, Jayce and the conquerors of the light and many others). The nostalgia for these two apprentices is thus of use to us a florilege of all the musics which rocked their ears, the whole sprinkled with heavy and energetic drum kits to spice the whole! Kids of Trashbags are also lucky enough to also recieve 2 of their craziest tracks, Shot Down and BBoy Underground. The amazing Culture Prophet sent us their remix of BBoy Underground. Enjoy these tracks and be sure to give Digikid 84 plus Culture Prophet some luvin on myspace. And some mp3's for your aural pleasure: Digikid 84 - Shot Down Digikid 84 - BBoy Underground Digikid 84 - BBoy Underground (Culture Prophet Remix) (click here to download from zshare) xx Mindgutter P.S. How good was saturday night? For those who missed it, it was Trashbags 1st Birthday. Duke Dumont, Riot in Belgium and the Trashbags POSSE did smashing sets. Here is some video footage of Duke Dumont playing Lean and Bounce LIVE! 1 Comments:What song is the one being played in the video?
By Timba-LAND posted by Mindgutter | Friday, December 7, 2007 | 5:02 PM | la_z_guido@hotmail.com This new track that I have for you is the Crookers remix of The Way I Are by Timbaland. This track has been a real bitch to get on mp3. I only recently got it but ever since i've been playing it over and over. Its been out for sometime but only the likes of Crookers, Bloody Beetroots and friends have had the track to play it at clubs. The 12" only recently came out and sold out all over the world.I also have some great video footage from my camera taken when Bloody Beetroots were tearing it up @ Trashbags. As you can see from the balistic crowd (and a balistic diego), the track is a real banger.
